MobiSHIELD: Protection You Can Assemble Yourself

In an era of growing security threats, it's essential to have solutions that are not only resilient but also highly adaptable. MobiSHIELD is a next-generation modular ballistic protection system, developed through a collaboration between the Faculty of Chemistry at Brno University of Technology (VUT) and ATHEX Technology s.r.o., designed to meet these exact needs.

At its core are Reactive Powder Concrete (RPC) ballistic panels that can withstand armor-piercing rounds up to 12.7 mm caliber. Despite their high resistance, the panels remain lightweight and easy to handle – no heavy equipment required.

What truly sets MobiSHIELD apart is its full modularity. Using the MOBILOT system's octagonal connectors and aluminum tubes, the panels can be quickly assembled, dismantled, and reassembled – whenever and wherever needed. From military checkpoints to emergency shelters and critical infrastructure defense, the system adapts to any scenario.

Ballistic resistance was verified by Bogges, production is handled by EC-TECH, and the entire concept brings together the best of Czech research, engineering, and manufacturing.
