Innovation Premiere: LAMA – the Mobile ICU Assistant

At the end of May 2024, we took part in the Industry Day focused on military healthcare, held at EGO Zlín Academy in Štípa near Zlín. The event was organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic (Industrial Cooperation Section).

The goal of the event is to establish regular meetings between representatives of Czech companies and the Army of the Czech Republic (AČR), raise awareness of innovations in Czech industry, collect feedback on the needs of the Czech armed forces, and thereby strengthen national independence in the fields of security and military healthcare.

During the Industry Day in Štípa, we premiered a new functional application of the Athex storage system, implemented into a mobile station for the distribution of medical gases, with the option to add further equipment. This solution allows all devices to be concentrated in one place, significantly improving accessibility, control, and overall efficiency of work in ICU units and various medical or laboratory environments. A novelty is also the construction of the mobile station, which we have named Mobilot.
